What we do

We genuinely understand the difficulties facing a family with the loss of their loved one, how busy things can get and how complicated the process is. This is why we will always offer to come to you to discuss appointments at your home or alternatively at our premises.

Our role is to alleviate as much pressure as possible on you and your family at such a difficult time, so we are happy to take your instructions on what works best at the time.

  • Each individual funeral service is tailored exactly to your wishes. We offer a high level of service.
  • Every funeral, regardless of size or budget, gets exactly the same level of attention and care.
  • We believe in giving each family the time to think things through so that every little detail is just the way it should be.
  • We never rush you into making decisions.
  • We are always here for you, should you need any advice or support.

What to do

When A Death Occurs

When A Death Occurs In a Hospital Or Care Home

When a loved one dies in a hospital or a care home, the staff will always make the necessary arrangements for a doctor to issue the Death Certificate. You can then call us on 01324 620520. We will then bring your loved one safely into our care.

When A Death Occurs At Home

When a loved one dies at home, the first contact should be with the family doctor.
Once they have completed their procedures and are happy for you to contact your Funeral Director.
